In the alternative, applicants with no work experience will also be considered for the position.br br DETAILS TO ANSWER OF QUESTION C.9 There is a familial relationship between the owner of the petitioner business Juan Serrano, and the beneficiary Franklin Ricardo Illescas Serrano. Mr. Serrano is the beneficiarys uncle. However, the beneficiary had no involvement in any of the recruitment process, holds no ownership interest in the business, does not influence in any way the decisionmaking of the business, and did not participate in the business before, during or after the recruitment period.br br FURTHER EXPLANATION TO PREVAILING WAGE In field F.5 we included the prevailing wage determination that was listed in G.4. of the ETA9141. This prevailing wage was based on the primary work location and the minimum job requirements of the position. However, the ETA9141 includes other, lower and higher wages for alternative job requirements and additional worksites. The highest prevailing wage for from all the potential additional worksites is 39,603.00 per year. The wage offered of 40,000.00 per year that was advertised during recruitment and listed in G.1 of this form is higher than the highest wage determined in the ETA9141.
