The position of Sr. RDA Research Scientist requires a Bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field and 5 years of progressively responsible postBaccalaureate experience. In the alternative, Employer will accept a Doctorate Degree, or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.br br Additionally, the applicant must have 1 Experience with deciphering flavor components, competitor complex flavors, reaction compounds, characterizing top note blends; 2 Experience with utilizing GCMS analysis of flavors to identify and characterize flavor components and flavor defects in savory, coffee and smoke flavors, providing flavor profiles, off flavor indication,br and flavor defect reporting; 3 Experience with developing flavor compounds related to Maillard reaction, polyphenols and terpene chemistry while using sensory analysis towards furthering their development; 4 Experience with preparing and presenting data utilizing statistical software to outline experimental designs followed by experimentation and interpretation of data and data patterns. Experience with presenting analysis and interpretation to support RD, Sales and Production efforts including Quality, Sensory, and Predictive Models.br br PER 20 CFR 656.17H4 ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE IS ALSO ACCEPTABLE.
