Experience must include six years of analyzing quality of earnings, planning assumptions, cost variability, and financial profitability; analyzing net debt and working capital considerations, including cash flows, through reviewing accounting records and interviewing management; identifying nonrecurring items, including noncash, outofperiod, and restructuring, and assessing their impact on earnings; participating in financial expert meetings with potential buyers and investors and analyzing projected financial and operating trends and achievability of management budgets and forecasts; analyzing the consolidation process of financial statements and financial reporting; assisting clients with international and crossborder transactions in a broad crosssection of industries, including medical devicessupplies, outpatient facilities, skilled nursing facilities, pharmacy, and health care providers; providing advisory services, with regard to transaction models, the respective transaction agreements, and working capital purchase price mechanisms; supervising MA engagements, including full lifecycle of MA, staffing, budgeting, and closing out projects; and supervising and reviewing the work of MA teams both onsite and overseas. Experience must include four years of assisting with proposal preparation and identifying new business opportunities and addon sales. Approximately 50 travel required.
