Any experience must also include DesignProject Management; reading and coordinating multiple discipline documents including site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering drawings; developing electrical engineering permit documents; obtaining bids, negotiating contracts with contractors; handling working with material suppliers and vendors directly; reviewing Application for Payment, Waivers of Lien for alignment of completedstored work, and final contract paymentcloseout of a project; developing fixtures, furniture and equipment plans schedules and specialty millwork details; construction administration including review of submittals, RFIs, site visits, field reports; coordination with consultants, developing ASIs, CCDs, and CPRs; in Revit, AutoCAD, graphic design, and 3D modelling and visualization software; energy modeling software interpreting data point analytics. Green LEED Certification required. Local site travel required.
