Specific Skills Must have a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology or a related technical field, and at least 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment. In lieu of Bachelors degree, will accept additional 2 years of experience in stated field. All stated experience must include at least 5 years of experience in MS Office. Stated experience must also include at least 2 years of experience in each of the following working with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, 5S and visual management; working in time studyline balancing; and working on multiple projects simultaneously meeting tight deadlines. Must be willing to travel at least 5 domestically. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
