Specific Skills Bachelors degree U.S. or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experience; three 3 years experience in systems analysis utilizing tools for managing development work and requirements with RTC; three 3 years experience with SDLC processes including Waterfall, Agile and Iterative Methods; three 3 years experience with Cognos, Tableau or other relational database reporting tools; one 1 year experience leading requirements development efforts; one 1 year systems analysis, design and project management experience required including experience as a workstream lead or SME during project implementation; proficient knowledge of information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards to actively conduct andor engage in hardware and software related discussions relative to all assigned projects; demonstrated ability to interpret and translate technical andor complex concepts into information meaningful to project team members andor business personnel; experience facilitating requirement sessions with onshore and offshore resources to ensure delivery; demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint; Scrum master or Product owner Agile certification; experience with developing and executing SQL queries for data analysis; able to manage multiple projects and priorities. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, will accept one year of technical experience for each year of requested college education in addition to the experience requirements listed above.
