Specific Skills Bachelors degree in Accounting or a closely related field;br Minimum of 3 years of accounting and financial reporting experience in manufacturing or wholesaling industry;br Demonstrated analytical ability to monitor, examine and investigate accounting and financial information to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with the standards and regulations and to identify and resolve discrepancies;br Knowledgeable of tax policies and procedures and extensive knowledge of Adagio, Quickbooks, or other ERP Systems;br Demonstrated experience with business banking process and bank register transactions procedure;br Demonstrated experience with inventory reconciliation, including tracking and verifying inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory levels;br Demonstrated successful experience in resolving overdue bills and collecting at least 80 of the outstanding debts;br Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English and excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including meeting and conferring with the supervisor, contacting bank officers for companys financial needs, contacting customers for collecting payment, and collaborating with colleagues and upper management;br Demonstrated ability to promote a cooperative and productive work environment and work well within a team environment;br Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks, meet the deadlines and work well under pressure;br Willingness to commute to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
