Specific Skills Full term of experience must include the following skills experience within the Oil and Gas Energy Sector; experience within service solutions and product support businesses, with a focus on technical sales of Aeroderivative Gas Turbine and Power Turbines; experience leading international teams, and businesses with an international footprint; Broad understanding of the varying cultural, political, and legal factors that affect interaction with customers and markets in an international setting; experience establishing and maintaining order intake forecasts to support capacity planning across our product line and with internal and external suppliers using scenario planning and advance statistical analysis methods; knowledge of technical sales processes, from opportunity development to bid preparation, negotiation and contracting. Must have 3 years of experience with the following skills experience in Leadership of indirect teams, and experience managing indirect relationships across multiple siteslocations; experience leading international sales and marketing teams, with background leadership experience of service delivery, for example including engineering, operations or supply chain; experience of rotating turbomachinery equipment in either Oil Gas or Power Generation sector; experience developing and implementing sales development strategies customer or country level; knowledge of conceptual and Strategic selling tools such as Heiman Miller, SWOT Analysis, 5P techniques etc.; and experience maintaining Fleet data in the region using Client Relationship Management ERP tools such as Sales Force, SAP, Project Management tool and data representation tools such as Tableau or Qlikview.
