Must have 8 years of progressive experience in software development or database administration positions with the following providing production support 24X7, ensuring databases are compliant to the industry standards; troubleshooting OS related issues on AIX 6.1, AIX 7.1, RHEL 678; working with various teams and understanding OS, Storage and network related issues, taking proactive measures for the databases and applying security patches; Database administration on Netezza, Postgresql 101112 databases; working with Basis teams to support SAP ECC, BW, GRC, BOBJ, SABRIX, LRM, BPC, PO and SOLMAN systems; performing SAP system refreshes for ECC, BW and LRM systems; troubleshooting using SAP DBACOCKPIT and HANA studio; using TOAD for database development and DBA activities; performance tuning databases to ensure production stability; implementing automation using scripts to reduce complexity and operation cost; and utilizing experience with IBM Netezza, Postgresql 101112; HANA Studio, HANA Cockpit, IBM Netezza Administrator, Aginity Pro, PgAdmin 4, Mongoshell, IBM Data studio, Toad, and DBA Cockpit; DB2 for SAP; DB2 for LUW V9.7, V10.1, V10.5, V11.1 and V11.5; and SAP HANA 1.0 and HANA 2.0.
