Specific Skills Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus eighteen months of experience preparing tax analysis for tax compliance and planning services for investment management companies. Experience must include eighteen months of performing requirements planning, gathering and analysis by contributing highlevel input to requirement gathering sessions in the form of user stories and use cases by coordinating with business sponsors; participating in backlog grooming sessions to ensure the project team has sufficient fully defined user stories to facilitate effective sprint planning meeting; creating user stories for proof of concept and building large data sets for testing; designing and developing new business processes and assessing and recommending improvements to existing processes; ensuring productsystem specifications meet project requirements, and designing mockups, process flow documents, and data flow diagrams on the basis of user inputs; utilizing SAP Webi to generate customized analytics reports for clients; liaising between business team and software development team to ensure that requirements are implemented as per business need, and ensuring performance requirements are met and applications are effective for users; drafting test plans and test scripts for system and UAT testing for all projects and testing changes based on release scope and perform business analysis using Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; identifying and raising key issues and risks and contributing to risk mitigation decisions and reporting the project status of various services, consolidating the key highlights and metrics; and utilizing Alteryx to build analytics applications and implement process automation.
