The four years of experience must include four years of experience with each of the following 1 performing market research and competitive analysis to collect data on companies, customers, market trends, through stakeholder interview and database research; 2 performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop recommendations, and exposing findings to clients during presentations; 3 managing projects for Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms, being accountable for tight deadlines, using project management tools and collaborative technology; 4 creating client facing briefings and presentations and managing the relationship with Clevel leaders. Must also have two years of experience with each of the following 1 performing executive search in a global executive search firm, serving CHROs and senior HR leaders and managing the process endtoend; and 2 using competencybased assessments and interviewing techniques to assess leaders, and using a digital executive search management system. Must also have one year of experience with each of the following 1 strategy consulting advising startups or fast growing SMBs on their growth as they rapidly scale or diversify their business on international markets; and 2 performing strategic due diligences to screen potential acquisitions targets in the SaaS industry.
