Experience must include eighteen months of performing requirements gathering, design, installation, configuration, administration, and integration of IAM solutions using technology tools and products, including SiteMinder, PingAccess, PingFederate, PingDirectory, and PingID; designing and implementing multifactor authentication, riskbased authentication, and adaptive authentication solutions using products, including RSA Adaptive Auth, RSA Secure ID and PingID, and implementing Kerberos authentication and Identity Federation using SAML 2.0, Open ID Connect, and OAuth 2.0 protocols; integrating, testing, and providing postdeployment support for cybersecurity implementations for legacy IAM and Customer Identity and Access Management CIAM implementations, and developing cybersecurity recommendations and roadmaps for clients to enhance their cybersecurity capabilities and comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards; conducting sessions with clients to understand clients IAM environments and associated business and regulatory challenges, capturing requirements to implement desired IAM solutions and recommend controls to mitigate those risks, and designing and engineering business processes and solutions to ensure that IAM solutions perform in accordance with defined processes and controls; designing and validating general computer controls, including access controls, segregation of duty SoD controls, business controls, data protection controls, change controls, and general IT controls, and performing current state assessment and gap analysis to ensure that security strategies are built in alignment with and supportive of enterprise and IT strategies and plans; coordinating cybersecurity design workshops, and designing cybersecurity policies to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure policies are aligned with organizational data governance policies; utilizing tools and technologies, including Splunk, Sumo Logic, and APM tools, for log analysis and defect management to ensure smooth and consistent operations of business IT systems; utilizing cloud platform technologies for infrastructure as a service IaaS, using additional services of Web Application Firewall WAF and Application Load Balancer, configuring Security Groups for cloud transformation projects, and implementing comprehensive access management using PingAccess and PingFederate on cloud platforms; analyzing risks and adhering to Information Technology Infrastructure Library ITIL processes, including change management, incident management, and password management; and utilizing word processing, presentation and reporting software with tools, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, utilizing basic command line in Unix, and utilizing operating systems, including Windows and Linux, data visualization tools, including Tableau, diagramming software, including Visio, and security information and event management SIEM tools, including Splunk, Sumologic, HP Service Manager, and ServiceNow. Position requires approximately 50 travel.
