Specific Skills Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus five years of experience performing data analytics, data quality, and data validation. Experience must include five years of defining data profiling and conversion strategies to migrate data for clients in the retail and consumer goods industries; utilizing SQL Server, ACL, SAS, and Excel to conduct exploratory data analysis; identifying gaps in inputs received by downstream endusers and working with the appropriate teams to bridge the gaps; developing data quality dashboards using data visualization software and assessing progress and issues identified during the data validation and data remediation processes; and generating reports to resolve data quality issues and review data for completeness, conformity, integrity, and accuracy. Experience must include two years of designing protocols for data integrity and ensuring appropriate flow of data from upstream system to downstream system; creating client specific data quality business rules and developing the rules into project routines; managing engagement workstreams with global team members, developing client deliverables, and communicating resultsobservations to seniorlevel client contacts; supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members; and liaising directly with clients and seniorlevel stakeholders. Position requires 75 travel.
