Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 1 year of work experience in the job offered or in a software engineerrelated occupation.br Position requiresbr 1. Developing, defining, and writing software to implement algorithms to develop software application features in an Agile or SCRUM methodology using Atlassian JIRA;br 2. Working with backend technologies such as Java or J2EE, Spring Boot, or Restful services;br 3. Designing, testing, and maintaining assigned software deliverables, and representing the customer perspective during software development activities;br 4. Writing unit test cases using Junit and test software for validity and performing bug fixes by analyzing discrepancies that are found by the Quality Assurance team as well as maintaining the service CICD pipeline using Jenkins;br 5. Developing highly scalable, secure, and efficient software that supports critical functions of commercial software products;br 6. Working with Senior Engineers, Staff Engineers, or Product Managers to review product requirements and architecture to understand and implement software projects;br 7. Utilizing UI frameworks such as JavaScript or React; andbr 8. Oncall rotations for incidents and participation in production incident and root cause analysis.br Travel to various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. required and may telecommute from home.
