Specific Skills
This position requires a bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management, Economics, or a related field and five years of related progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the cocoa industry. Must also have five years of experience with each of the following 1 developing and implementing Product Line Strategy in a B2B organization; 2 trading, risk management, or merchandising in cocoa products; 3 developing, analyzing and executing mid and longterm production and capacity utilization strategies including ingredient sourcing, production costs, production quality, transportation, and service levels to maintain or enhance the competitive position of the business; 4 managing cocoa and chocolate product portfolios. creating supply and demand strategies, and analyzing the market environment including consumer trends, customers, and competition; and 5 leading cross functional teams while managing complex projects to deliver against long term cocoa and chocolate strategies. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Wayzataarea Cargill office, as directed. Domestic and international travel required up to 20 of the time.
