Specific Skills Requirements Must have a Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering plus 10 years of Engineering or Operating experience in manufacture of ammonia, urea synthesis and granules with Uhde and Stamicarbon processes. Must have 5 years of experience in Production Supervision; 5 years of experience with use of Yokogawa Distributed Control Systems. Must have 5 years experiences with the following Natural gas feedstock troubleshooting; Preparing budgets for TA projects such as catalyst and services; Developing plant monitoring program and training other professionals on use; Leading turnaround activities and supervising large teams during plant Turnarounds; Conducting process improvement studies; Leading projects and providing support to outside engineering contractors during Feasibility Studies, FEED, and Detail Design; Complete catalyst performance reports on a regular basis; Participating in plant PHA Process Hazard Analysis, safety reviews and environmental studies; Using knowledge of and experience with natural gas feedstock troubleshooting; Engineering software, including Aspen PlusHYSYS, EPCON SiNET, and vendor PSVvalve sizing packages; Use knowledge of and experience with ammonia production process, water treatment, CO2 removal, hydrogen recovery and ammonia refrigeration systems.
