Requires Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressive experience in Linux administration including Redhat and CentOS distributions; managing Hadoop Clusters including monitoring and administration support of Hadoop, HBase, HDFS, Hive, Kafka, Solr, Spark and Yarn; configuration management tools, deployment pipelines, and orchestration services including Ansible or Chef, and Jenkins; troubleshooting and debugging live production systems; and identifying improvements and designing solutions that are deployed into production. In lieu of a Bachelors degree followed by 5 years of progressive experience, employer will accept a Masters or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 2 years of experience in the skill sets stated above.
