Modifying, installing, and preparing technical documentation for software applications; 5. Identifying, escalating, and documenting production software issues; and 6. Utilizing SAP ERP ECC 6.0, SAPPI, SAP Solution Manager ITSM Incident and Change Management, EDI, Model N Contract Management System, LENS EDI Monitoring Dashboard, GENCO SMART GENCO Returns Management Application, rlXcel, and Qlikview.
