Specific Skills Must have the following 1 6 years of experience designing and sketching entire collections, including all knit categories from RTW to accessories; 2 6 years of experience analyzing factory cost breakdowns using internal costing models, using Excel, and using Zedonk, PLM or similar; 3 4 years of experience coordinating knitwear collections during styling, look book shoots and runway sessions; 4 2 years of experience managing multiple projects and critical deadlines; 5 2 years of experience managing overseas knitwear design and production teams; 6 2 years of experience supporting a development team and industrialization team, working closely with a production team overseas and coordinating with factories overseas. Overseas travel required at least four times a year to Asia and Europe as well as attending international fairs. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
