Specific Skills Must have Fellow of the Society of Actuaries FSA designation.br br Experience must include 2 years in each of the following skillsbr br 1 Using Prophet, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and VBA programming to model life insurance products and cashflows, manipulate large datasets, and perform actuarial analysis and visualizations;br br 2 Analyzing data, developing actuarial assumptions, and performing actuarial calculations according to professional Actuarial Standards of Practice ASOP;br br 3 Performing actuarial pricing and modeling of liabilities for Whole Life, Term, Variable Universal Life and, Universal Life products; and maintaining pricing, valuation, and regulatory testing models;br br 4 Analyzing income statements, source of earnings, and profitability metrics according to Statutory and U.S. GAAP accounting standards; and,br br 5 Interacting with senior management, Product Managers, Valuation Actuaries, Legal, and IT to clarify technical actuarial topics to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
