Excel.br br Experience may be obtained concurrently.br br This is a key position with Empire Office, Inc., responsible in part for financial planning, budgeting, building and maintaining the companys financial models and projections using Excel; Accounting research and analysis using Hedberg and Matrix for Business; internal reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual results, budget to actuals, changing trajectory based upon actuals to date, and communicating the revised trajectories; reporting to third parties, including lenders, suppliers, clients, etc. Revising agreements with third parties; negotiating all commercial and legal arrangements with companys clients. Because this is a key and critical position, requiring extensive knowledge of, as well as experience with, applicable concepts and issues, a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or its foreign equivalent education and 7 years of postbaccalaureate progressive experience in finance, is required, as the position involves leading all of the companys Mergers and Acquisitions activities, including identification of potential targets in the US and globally, structuring transactions, managing financial, accounting and legal duediligence and negotiation of legal documentation; leading and managing the companys financing arrangements, including development of financing alternatives, negotiation of financing agreements and ongoing management of relationships and reporting to lenders.
