Experience must include five years of performing SAP configuration for S4HANA Recordto Report RTR process areas; writing functional specifications, performing unit testing, and integrating test plans and execution; implementing endtoend SAP projects with full Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, and performing development, quality assurance, and testing coordination; leading teams of functional and technical consultants and managers in RTR configurations across geographies, overseeing all software development projects and support activities, and participating in recruitment and retention efforts; monitoring compliance to standardized procedures and best practices; designing and implementing interfaces between S4HANA and other systems; serving as Subject Matter Expert on SAP Finance and Control, including liaising with business stakeholders to discuss technical issues; designing and implementing financial consolidation, including intercompany processes; and coaching teams on new concepts and performing proofofconcept demonstrations of proposed functionality.
