Specific Skills Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus eighteen months of internal controls, risk management, and auditing experience. Experience must include eighteen months of performing information technology audits on applications including SAP and Peoplesoft, operating systems including UNIX and Windows, and databases including SQL and Oracle; performing audits and reviews under Generally Accepted Auditing Standards GAAS, AICPA auditing standards, SarbanesOxley, PCAOB, COBIT, COSO, US SEC financial reporting, and US banking safetysoundness and consumer protection requirements; developing testing procedures to evaluate the design, implementation, and operating effectiveness of internal controls; performing Segregation of Duties SOD assessments of business process controls and analyzing segregation of duties SoD conflicts in system security roles and utilizing system GRC reports to eliminate or mitigate risk due to violation of SoD rules; preparing audit working papers to document audit procedures performed in assessing the operating effectiveness of internal controls in accordance with PCAOB and AICPA standards for client organizations; collecting supporting evidence, including documents, invoices, purchase orders and contracts to assess deficient controls, inefficiencies, fraud, and noncompliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP and SOX; conducting interviews with process owners, creating process narratives, identifying key process controls and identifying mitigation process and recommendations for noted gaps; utilizing advanced Excel tools, including Pivot Tables, VLookup, and macros, data analytics tools, including Tableau and Power BI; directing data analytics team members to supportenhance internal controls testing and providing technical guidance to junior team members; and communicating the status and results of work performed to stakeholders. Less than 10 travel outside of normal commuting distance.
