Specific Skills This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Analytics or a related field and three years of related data analysis experience. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 Conducting statistical design and data analysis for project proposals; 2 Analyzing sales forecasts, working with sales teams, and providing insights to support short and longterm strategic decision making; 3 Using the following technologies JMP, R, Python, PowerBI, and Tableau; 4 Working with a global team on agriculture data analytics projects. Must also have experience leading analytical forecasting and demand planning for global markets. All experience may be gained concurrently. Must pass a background check and drug test before beginning employment. Fulltime, position based at company headquarters in Downers Grove, IL. May telecommute from any location in the United States.
