Experience must include eighteen months of Applying European Union Clinical Trial Regulation and other pharmaceutical regulations to life sciences clients; Interacting with clients regulatory departments to redesign program operations to support regulatory compliance; Interacting with department leadership and external vendors to develop technology systems to capture data accurately, create efficient reporting mechanisms, and provide enhanced user experience; Leveraging process evaluation tools, including Microsoft Visio, to develop detailed current state process maps of regulatory departments processes; Assisting with project management, including facilitating client meetings, developing and maintaining work plans, presenting status updates, developing final reports, and assisting with technology assessments; Creating and delivering process redesign training sessions for regulatory departments to drive operational improvements and align processes with new technologies; Reviewing and updating clients policies and procedures to align with suggested target operating models and regulatory requirements; Applying Good Practice GxP qualification to cloud infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, for life sciences clients; Gathering technical requirements, translating requirements into technical solutions, and implementing technical capabilities within cloud infrastructure using SDLC; and Developing and training junior staff on projects including onboarding new resources to teams and familiarizing them with client deliverables, project methodology, and project documentation. Position requires 80 travel.
