One year of experience in performing financial analyses, including reconciliations and variance analysis. Experience must include one year of preparing budgets and forecasts to project and track financial metrics inclusive of revenue, margin, expenses, and billing; performing pricing exercises and offer various scenarios by adjusting different financial levers to ensure favorable metrics; performing analyses for recurring engagements to ensure profitable growth; refreshing queries that pull data from SAP database to reconcile standard tracking tools, update forecasts, and complete adhoc reports; analyzing weekoverweek data to identify changes, compare the rateofburn against the budget, and adjust accordingly; identifying potential risk and recommend mitigation strategies that will allow the project to meet its target threshold, including discount rate and revenue adjustments, time or revenue movements, and updated billing; preparing weekly, biweekly, and monthly financial reports for projects summarizing current state of the engagement and highlight any details relevant for the engagement team; interacting with senior level internal and external clients and firm leadership to present various analyses, discuss recommendations and provide engagement financial advice; and mentoring and coaching junior team members, both onshore and offshore
