Must also possess one year of the following Working with detectors, photodiode arrays, photomultipliers, CCDs, gratings, aspheric mirrors, broad band or solid state light sources, optical fibers, optical spectroscopy or biosensing; Performing optical design for high throughput and low stray light measurement utilizing ray tracing program such as Zemax; Developing hardware configuration, system control, automation, measurement data, and debugging software with programming languages such as Labview, Python, or C; and Generating mathematical model, utilizing signal processing techniques, data analytics and finite element modeling to predict system performance with programming tool such as Matlab, Comsol, or Ansys.
