Requires the following skills 5 yrs exp in JAVA, HTML, Junit, Servlets, Spring, SQL, and Hibernate; 4 yrs exp in JDBC and JSP; 3 yrs exp in XML, Struts, MicroservicesSOA, and Profiling and Tuning Complex application; and 2 yrs exp in Javascript Frameworks and NoSQL Database.br BUSINESS NECESSITY Further to H.12 above All job opportunity requirements are normal except that the minimum qualifications requirements for this job appear to exceed the typical requirements per the OES Job Zone 4 definition. The job requirements are absolutely necessary for this particular type and level position, because a Sr Software Engineers Frameworks is a business critical and senior level position within our structure as indicated by the Sr in the job title. The work involves responsibility to analyze, design, develop, test, integrate, doc implement software solutions; and to use architectural strategies and complex technologies including stateoftheart tools and emerging technologies. This is a key role combining technical and communication responsibilities including to lead team, train mentor. This level of ability and responsibility involves advanced skills that require any employee in this position to hold significant relevant qualifications. Such abilities only come with the required minimum level of qualifications. The job requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation of Sr Software Engineers Frameworks in the context of our business, and the requirements are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner.
