Experience must involve 2 years in the following Analyze and provide coaching, consulting advice on business software agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile to provide business agility to customers; Conduct agile assessments and propose improvements in areas such as procurement, operations, HR Finance using tools such as JIRA, VersionOne; Drive the sales business development cycle end to end from prospecting to lead generation to closure using remote tools such as Virtual Studio, Skype, Personify or Telepresence; SalesBusiness development experience in SAP Cloud products such as S4HANA Cloud, Ariba, SuccessFactors; Create sales presentations, proposals RFIRFP, or software business casesplans VLM, benchmarking tools, SWOT analysis; Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers by connecting them with technical teams for after sales service troubleshooting; salesbusiness development expertise in end to end business process or line of business such as Procurement or Finance or Manufacturing or sales; Run programmatic sales initiatives directly indirectly with software partnerschannel to generate sales pipeline; Develop and maintain technical product and service knowledge to explain features to clients and answer questions related to the software product; Develop maintain quality management standards such as CMMI, ISO International Organization for Standardization for increased customer satisfaction; Identifying bottlenecks; Programming language including CC , SAP ABAP .NET; End user experience of ERP; and Waterfall Agile software development lifecycle including software analysis, technical design, coding, testing, installation support. Experience must also include Drive program level ceremonies such as PI Planning, Product Management Council, Scrum of Scrums, release train retrospectives, HIP Sprint; SalesBusiness development experience in non SAP cloud products including Microsoft Office 365, Google cloud, Amazon; Industry Agile Certifications such as Scaled Agile Frameworks SAFe, Professional Scrum Master PSM others; Project Management certification such as Project management Professional PMP. 20 travel required to various client sites nationwide.
