特殊技能:Minimum Requirementsbr Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a technical productquality assurancerelated occupation.br br Special Requirementsbr Position requires at least 2 years of experience in each of the following skillsbr 1 Consult with stakeholders to evaluate goals, identify problems, and provide design direction and propose technology driven solutions for Contact Center cloud applications;br 2 Create long term vision and annual technology roadmap for assigned functional areas, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and objectives;br 3 Assist in development of product technology strategies by understanding product differentiation and detecting market trends;br 4 Provide project management support, building plans and trackingreporting project statusbr 5 Generate reports for business users and managers using SOQL queries, data visualization tools and dashboards;br 6 Create appropriate business artifacts including, businessdata requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, user interface wire frames and other project documentation using MS Office and other ad hoc tools;br 7 Dissect highlevel stakeholder information or requests into technical details for engineering team and work collaboratively with Design, Engineering, Product, and Support team members in the implementation of customer solutions using Agile Methodology;br 8 Create test plans and test cases for testing solutions and assist business units to ensure User Acceptance Testing is completed and approved. Log and prioritize defects in bug tracking tools; andbr 9 Provide production system roll out planning, training and associated documentation.
