Since then, CDM Smith has implemented a phased in returntooffice plan inviting employees to voluntarily return to the office in accordance with health authority guidance, state and local regulations, and CDM Smith health and safety protocols. The last phase of CDM Smiths returntooffice plan would be a required return to full office occupancy in accordance with appropriate health and safety protocols and state and local regulations.
