Requires 2 years of experience in investor communications for EB5 immigrant investor projects including facilitating intercultural communications, simultaneous EnglishMandarin translation and interpretation for telephonic communications and meetings, social media applications, translation and proofreading of legal and financial investment documents, and presentation of investment project information including EB5 program requirements and processes, investment terms and conditions, federal securities and immigration requirements, and partnership structure and obligations. Must accurately and fluently speak, read and write Mandarin and English. Requires up to 50 travel, U.S. and international primarily Asia. NOTE Experience in H.8 must be progressive, postbaccalaureate.br br br H.11 CONTINUEDbr 5 Maintainmonitor social media platform for info. requests or clarification; translate and disseminate requests to personnel, and translate the responses into Mandarin; create content and identify relevant topics to utilize on social media platforms.br 10 Represent the Co. at seminars and industry events both win the U.S. as well as foreign markets. This will incl. but is not limited to inperson and webbased seminars, businesstobusiness B2B and businesstoclient networking and marketing events, as well as public speaking opps.br 5 Participate in dev. and implementation of market growth strategies for both Mandarinspeaking and nonMandarin speaking Asian markets incl. but not limited to Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Indonesia India. This will also incl. the dev. of market specific B2B relationships and market specific marketing strategies.br 5 Other duties, as assigned by the Director of Client Relations.
