This role requires 4 years of experience with the following nonwovens, paper, or pulp industry in Research and Development, Product or Process Development, Converting, or Engineering function; statistical data distributions and how to analyze and apply Normal, Binomial, Exponential, Hypothesis testing, Application of the Central limit theorem as it relates to developing and setting specifications in manufacturing environments, DOE setup and execution using statistical software; identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions; fiber composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo, including the use of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal methods; and raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.br br Alternative, in lieu of a Bachelors degree in in Industrial Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related Engineering or Scientific field plus 4 years of experience in related roles, the employer will accept a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related Engineering or Scientific field plus 2 years of experience in a related role.
