The work involves such critical activities as the following Instituting coding standards, work flows, and game engine architecture that act as archetype models for onboarding and continuous training of junior engineers; mentoring and managing team of junior engineers to develop timeframes, improve dependencies, and lead best practices in code review; and architecting strategies for junior engineers to execute upon networking, peertopeer gameplay, structured databases, and API integrations. This Senior level of ability and responsibility involves advanced skills that require any employee in this position to hold significant relevant qualifications. Such abilities only come with the required minimum level of qualifications.
