In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Graphics, Web Design, Interaction Design, UIUX Design, Information Architecture or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is seven 7 years of experience in digital design for mobile, web, or television.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Graphics, Web Design, Interaction Design, UIUX Design, Information Architecture or related and five 5 years of experience in digital design for mobile, web, or television in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and seven 7 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include UIUX and visual design work that involves storytelling; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or related design tools; Prototyping in Invision, Flinto, Framer or related prototyping tools; Frontend web and mobile technology e.g., CSS or HTML; Design research to uncover customer insights; and Defining problem statements and doing user research in support of product discovery.
