Specific Skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or an Engineering related field. Minimum 5 years of experience applying safe agile principles and practices. Must have experience facilitating scrum and safe ceremonies including iteration planning, pi planning, daily standup, iteration reviews, retrospectives, inspect and adapt, scrum of scrums, and artsolution sync. Must have experience with project management tools including jira, rally, primavera, and clarity; coordinating dependencies; mitigating risks reducing impacts to schedule, quality and budget; estimation techniques and extraction, tracking and analysis of matrices including burn down charts, velocity trends, and defect trends to improve team deliveries. Experience must include managing budget, schedule, quality and resources; conducting analysis, recreation, coding and testing for system problem reports, and coordinating production deployments.
