Specific Skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus four years of financial due diligence experience. Experience must include four years of coordinating with offshore teams and internal service lines in order to provide support; performing financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring businesses and clients who are preparing to sell their businesses; analyzing financial and operational business information and preparing detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements, including customer retention analysis, quality of earnings analysis, normalized net working capital, free cash flow, and net debt analysis; utilizing various software tools including iDeal, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint; executing due diligence processes, including risk management processes and procedures, and writing financial due diligence reports buyside and sellside for corporate and private equity clients; preparing proposals, engagement letters, lender access letters, and audit working papers access letters; interacting with accounting and auditing specialists within complex accounting areas, including tax, HR, and information technology specialists; reviewing filings for public companies and obtaining an understanding of Target Company accounting in accordance with the respective accounting standards and regulations pertaining to revenue recognition, lease accounting, stockbased compensation, capitalization and amortization of software; and supervising engagements and managing engagement economics, including full lifecycle of deal transaction, staffing, budgeting, fee summaries, billing, archiving, and closing out projects. In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Masters degree and two years of experience as stated above. Position requires 50 travel.
