In addition, the candidate must have the following 1 Demonstrated knowledge of linguistics gained through one academic year of work experience or through completion of at least 4 linguistics courses at the baccalaureate level or higher; 2 Demonstrated ability in conducting training and professional development programs for staff and teachers gained through at least one academic year of work experience; 3 Demonstrated ability in running school fundraising campaigns gained through completion of at least two campaigns; 4 Demonstrated ability in managing a Chinese language and cultural school gained through at least one academic year of work experience; 5 Demonstrated ability serving as a second language acquisition instructor gained through at least one academic year of work experience, where experience includes some inperson and remote learning; 6 Demonstrated ability developing and implementing Chinese cultural classes gained through at least one academic year of work experience; 7 Demonstrated ability designing and implementing online language courses gained through at least one academic year of work experience or completion of at least one educational technology course at the baccalaureate level or higher; and 8 Demonstrated ability in developing, managing, and reporting on budget and financial matters of an educational institution gained through at least one academic year of work experience.
