Using Database Tools like Oracle, PL SQL to perform data analysis. Conferring with system analysts, engineers, programmers and other design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance improvements and enhance interfaces. Preparing and maintaining design and technical documents. Analyzing daily issues reported on Production Support tracked using Atlassian Jira and correct system defects in production application. Performing code review of the team members along with onboarding new members of the team and supervise the work and converting requirements to multiple tasks and assign to the team members. Addressing and answering questions from other integration teams and answering questions about system functionalities for business users with the responsibility of being Subject Matter Expertise in having well understanding of the requirements and system design. Preparing documentation and reports to provide deeper insights of services. Evaluating and recommending appropriate technologies based on product needs and industry trends.
