特殊技能 Must have two 2 years of design experience with all of the following 1 AutoCAD, 3d animation using 3D Max, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Revit, Rhino, and Enscape. 2 Production of all design and construction documentation for theme park projects including food and beverage, retail, gaming and water park exceeding 1.5 million square feet. 3 Interior fitout design and detailing for hospitality, mixeduse and retail projects.br 4 Coordination with consultants MEP, food and beverage, lighting, security, ADA, traffic consultants, structural, faade, landscape, and coordination between domestic and international teams. 5 Reviewing RFIs and submittals. 6 Participate in projects for retail, hospitality, offices and banks from schematic design through construction administration. 7 Building faade and exterior envelope design using Hydraulic Cable Support glazing, Spider Support Systems, GRC GRP faade systems, and Theming Concrete systems. AND 8 Produce code related design, including core shell, fire strategy, vertical transportation, sustainability and signage. In the alternative, we will accept a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience. Two 2 years of the five 5 years of experience must include experience with all of the following 1 AutoCAD, 3d animation using 3D Max, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Revit, Rhino, and Enscape.br 2 Production of all design and construction documentation for theme park projects including food and beverage, retail, gaming and water park exceeding 1.5 million square feet. 3 Interior fitout design and detailing for hospitality, mixeduse and retail projects. 4 Coordination with consultants MEP, food and beverage, lighting, security, ADA, traffic consultants, structural, faade, landscape, and coordination between domestic and international teams. 5 Reviewing RFIs and submittals.br 6 Participate in projects for retail, hospitality, offices and banks from schematic design through construction administration. 7 Building faade and exterior envelope design using Hydraulic Cable Support glazing, Spider Support Systems, GRC GRP faade systems, and Theming Concrete systems.
