Specific Skills
The Sr. Quality Engineer position requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering, or related engineering field and 3 years of experience in quality engineering; or Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering, or related engineering field and 5 years of experience in quality engineering. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience with each of the following Continuous Improvement and Good Manufacturing Practices GMP; ISO 9001 or related quality standards and Internal Quality audit; Root Cause Analysis to include nonconformance and CAPA; Quality inspection, test equipment validation and maintenance; Statistical analysis to include DOE, SPC and MSA; and product and process design and validation to include IQ, OQ, PQ TMV, risk analysis and risk management.
