特殊技能 PhD degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biological Sciences, Neuroscience or related field, and at least four years of experience as Senior Fellow, Postdoctoral Research Fellow, or a related position conducting academic research, including experience in performing statistical analysis of transcriptomics data including bulk or single cell RNAseq data as well as genomic data analysis for phylogenetics, genomic variants, and other data analysis for multiple data modalities including genomics, transcriptomics, electrophysiology, imaging, model phenotyping and more; performing experimental handling of live and preserved animal tissue for generation of omics data with a depth of understanding of scientific concepts related to next generation sequencing as well as implementation of stateofart practices in selecting computational methods and techniques for obtaining results; developing applications for visualization and dissemination of scientific results using RShiny, and data analysis using coding languages including R, Python, PERL, MATLAB and more; collaboratively working with experimental and computational scientists, and proficiency in presenting and explaining complex concepts to a multidisciplinary audience; and researching and publishing articles and journals in internationally recognized and peer reviewed scientific journals and conferences.
