Specific Skills Must have a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related technical field, and at least 3 years of experience in the job offered or at least 3 years of experience in dynamometer testing. In lieu of stated education and experience, will accept a Bachelors degree or higher, or foreign equivalent, in stated fields and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience in dynamometer testing. Stated experience must include at least 1 year of experience in each of the following testing on Emotor, chassis, or engine dynamometers; optimizing PID parameters during dynamometer testing; measurement, and data analysis using data acquisition software, e.g. LabView, DSpace, DC plot, INCA, etc.; working with an Oscilloscope, Power Analyzer, Electronics load; and writing reports and technical documentation. Stated experience must also include experience in each of the following working with CAN communication; and using Matlab or Simulink modelbased software. Must be willing to travel 5 domestically and 5 internationally. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
