Specific Skills The five 5 years of experience in Section H must be progressive postbaccalaureate experience in a production controlmanufacturing position. Experience must include three 3 years of experience, which may be concurrent, with all of the following 1 leading Kaizen events to streamline processes overlapping planning and production; 2 maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods through knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and operation costs; 3 analyzing and utilizing data for efficient allocation and scheduling parts, materials, machines and sequences of production lines to improve workflow; 4 acting as process technical expert for training and consulting other employees on implementation of Oracle enterprise resource planning system and Oracle Business Intelligence system; and 5 supervising operations projects, working with suppliers, engineering, production, IT and Corporate to accomplishing business objectives. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelors Degree program. Domestic and international travel required 10 of the time.
