Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences, or related field and four years of work experience in job offered or four years of work experience in a related occupation. Experience may be gained concurrently. Education or experience must includebr br 1. Ability to inservice and deliver presentations to Hospital Staff on new technology introductions, cardiac electrophysiology, intracardiac echo, and case support best practices;br 2. Experience engaging customers as a trusted advisor proactively asking questions, collecting insights and leveraging a strong knowledge of needs assessment principles to ensure that clinical solutions fully address specific, critical customer needs. Partner with Commercial and Professional Education teams to develop training material that meets the strategic training needs of the customers;br 3. At least 3 years of experience with 3D cardiac mapping system, cardiac echocardiography, Cardiac CT Scan analysis and cardiac electrophysiology technologies Electrophysiology Record System and Radio Frequency equipment;br 4. Clinical experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology Maintain experience in relevant advances in clinical, scientific, and productworkflow areas to serve as a trusted advisor to support proceduralpatient outcomes. Demonstrate a compelling, clinical value proposition by proactively anticipating customers needs, providing account support to address complex situations, and ensuring optimal productworkflow utilization;br 5. Experience providing guidance and support on the safe and effective use of products, services, and technology during procedures. Leverage indepth technical expertise of products, services, and technology to share best practices;br 6. New Technology Integration Facilitate ongoing innovation and continuous improvement by collecting and applying customer opinions and insights through new technology development teams partnerships and sharing best practices across assigned territory or region;br 7. Industry Trends Experience monitoring overall state of healthcare environment to anticipate emerging competitive threats and changing regulatory conditions and sharing of emerging industry trends with local team and cross functional partners;br 8. Commercial Acumen Experience assisting with business planning process and gaining customer insights through strategic alliances ex. within region or area to shape business growth strategy, drive business objectives and identify new development opportunities;br 9. Team Execution Experience leading and driving initiatives, experience as trusted advisor who can demonstrate the value of partnerships to positively influence the business objectives;br 10. Ability to maintain at least one of the following industry certifications CEPS IBHRE, RCESRCIS; or ScientificAcademic publication on relevant scientific journal; andbr 11. At least 2 years of experience in Advanced Teaching skills with expertise on education programs and professional education with demonstrated presentation skills.br br Some travel up to 30 may be required to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States internationally.
