Bachelors Degree in History or related humanities field, plus 3 years of experience in the offered position or a planning or strategy role at a media agency.br br All of the required experience must have included managing a portfolio of clients working across multiple business units, markets, andor geographic locations, including one or more clients with an annual U.S. ad spend budget of at least 400 million; leading or representing the discipline in new business pitches; creating and leading client workshops to reframe and solve business challenges, demonstrate understanding of audiences and targeting, and create insights and innovations; developing new methods of data collection and insights creation using proprietary and syndicated tools; developing and executing strategicmedia roadmaps for clients, including integrated, crosschannel strategies across channels including TV, OOH, print, streaming, influencers, digital, social and programmatic; building relationships with vendors and external agency partners to build innovative solutions for clients; and working with clients in government and CPG industries through planning cyclesformats.
