Four 4 years of preconstruction andor field operations for a commercial General Contractor with annual revenue exceeding 3 Billion. Three 3 years of experience with the following market sectors healthcare,br parking garages, performing arts center, hospitality, and aviation. Three 3 years of experience with Navisworks, Assemble, and Revisto; CAD software programs, Revit 9, Archicad, Common Point, or NavisWorks. Three 3 years of experience with Modelbased quantification in Revit Assemble. Two 2 years with ConcreteRebar detailing for cast in place selfperform concrete scopes. One 1 year with Procore, Bluebeam, and Oracle. One 1 year of experience with higher education, K12, parks and recreation, or civil solar. Position also requires any amount of experience with Autodesk Revit Building software or Navisworks; and major construction processes, including estimating, scheduling, construction, and general operations. Occasional travel to various unanticipated jobsites.
