In lieu of the above education and experience requirements, will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering any discipline or related field, plus five years progressive postbachelors degree automotive engineering experience. Two 2 of the five 5 years of postBachelors Degree automotive engineering experience must include experience with maintaining an OEM direct relationship; supporting the development of new components and the customer system for engineering changes as well as 8Ds; problem solving tools; PPAP; and DFMEA. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
