Specific Skills Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, Business Administration or a related field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in multinational tax. Must have at least 5 years of work experience in each of the following working in the private equity or asset management industry; front, middle, and back office operations of an asset management firm; corporate taxation, partnership taxation, or deal structuring; managing teams of 10 or more employees, including Vice Presidents or equivalent, with responsibility for performance management, staffing decisions, and oversight of deliverables; service provider oversight, including fee negotiations, ensuring SLAs and deadlines are met, and relationship management; and improving and implementing tax and operational processes. Must also have experience preparing and managing annual budgets, including allocating and tracking costs related to contract spend. Experience may be gained concurrently.
