Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following 1. Ensuring conformance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards; 2. Using quality tools APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Statistical Process Control to evaluate product integrity; 3. Applying OEMspecific quality and product integrity requirements, including traceability and leak rate; 4. Identifying the impact of product deviation on overall vehicle emissions performance; 5. Reviewing customer blueprints GDT data and CAD models to determine manufacturing processes for emissions control systems and components; 6. Performing internal quality audits; 7. Using lean manufacturing methodologies Hoshin, SMED, Kaizen, and standardized work to develop continuous improvement activities; 8. Liaising with customers to solve quality issues; 9. Validating manufacturing processes welding, tube bending, and canning for emissions control systems and components.
